Please contact your Town Assessor if you need any changes to your name, property ownership, or mailing address.

Tax Deadline

  • Taxes are due by September 30
  • From October 1 - October 31 there will be a 2% penalty assessed
  • No payments will be accepted after October 31

Just a reminder, if your taxes are not postmarked or paid in person by October 31, we will not be able to accept the payment, and your taxes will be re-levied onto your County/Town tax bill in January. We must turn our records over to the County at the beginning of November and will be unable to accept late payments.

Paying By Mail

Please pay close attention to your tax bills when you receive them in the mail this September. The address you will be mailing your payments to is in Woburn, MA. Please mail your tax payments to:
