School Taxes

2026 School Tax Payment Instructions

Payment Period

Tax payments are accepted from September 1 through October 31, 2026.

How to Pay

By Mail:

  • Make your check payable to: Bolivar-Richburg CSD
  • Must include the bottom portion of your tax bill.
  • Mail both items to:
    Bolivar-Richburg CSD
    PO Box 207
    Warsaw, NY 14569
  • Do not mail payments to the school district

In Person:

  • Bring your payment and the bottom portion of your tax bill to any Five Star Bank location in Western New York.
  • Place them in a sealed envelope and deposit it in the designated drop-box at the bank.

Important Details

  • A 2% late fee is charged for payments made between October 1 and October 31, 2026
  • Payments must arrive by October 31, 2026. Payments received after this date will be returned to the taxpayer and taxes will be re-levied with the County Treasurer.
  • Note: The payment must be received by the October 31, 2026 deadline—postmark dates are not accepted.

Requesting receipts

  • Include an additional copy of your bill along with a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
